The Single Gal hates the phrase "It's just hard to explain. You know, when you know!" *puke*

As a Single Gal, there is a time in your life (more frequent than you'd probably like) when everyone around you seems to start becoming un-single... or as most humans call it engaged. For me, as a Single Gal, I find it interesting to ask said un-singles why or how they decided this person was the one. By this I have found a common phrase that pops up in these conversations. "It's just hard to explain. You know, when you know!". What does that even mean?!?! The parallel I see in my head, that even comes close to this situation, that I drew, was... 'So there I am sitting in my kitchen.. and I become hungry, so I know it is time for me to eat.. so I look about my kitchen in search of something to eat.. so I grab some chips.. my mom walks in.. and she asks.. "Chips, huh? That's nice. How did you know that was what you wanted to eat?".. and I look up at my mom.. and say.. "Mom, it's just hard to explain. You know, when you know!".. and Mom sits there.. not looking a bit enlightened by my response..' . And that's how I feel.. when those select few(maybe many) un-singles start offering me advice about finding the one . Un-enlightend.. Thank you, select few un-singles for making this quest so much less confusing.. Thank you.<---(cue sarcasm) So help me if I become one of those un-singles. From my experiences with this phrase.. I'm pretty sure I would slap my own face for even thinking about saying it. Believe me you, if that day comes, and some Single Gal asks me how I know this Prince Charming Fella is the one, that Gal better be ready for my response. Because, it's going to be epic.. and yes she WILL be enlightened. :) I swear on my Single Gal-ness, to never be one of those un-singles. I pray that maybe one day, we'll live in a world, where un-singles will come up with a better response for finding the one. Make a difference.. Pay attention when you date and become un-single.. And PLEASE, give a better reason to why you decided to stick with this Fella Guy for eternity.. I'm certain there's a better answer.
